Official Channels

Formal communication is handled by email so requests, quotations, approvals, and job updates are properly recorded.

Quotation Process

Quotes are issued after the enquiry form or email request is complete, with different response windows for office and non-office hours.

Payment Handling

Approved jobs begin after payment confirmation, and cheque-based work depends on realization before release.

Trademarks And Website Use

Dar Al Marjaan Translation Services trademarks, logos, and service marks (collectively, the “Trademarks”) displayed on the Site, including but not limited to the Dar Al Marjaan Translation Services logo, are registered and unregistered marks of Dar Al Marjaan Translation Services as the case may be. All other trademarks, trade names, product names, service marks and all other non-Dar Al Marjaan Translation Services marks are the property of their respective owners. Nothing contained on this Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the Site without the written permission of Dar Al Marjaan Translation Services or such third party that may own other trademarks displayed on the Site.

Official Communication

All communications are to be made on operations@daralmarjaan.com. No oral communication over the phone, WhatsApp or other platforms will be treated as official; however, we will help you with all information by email from operations@daralmarjaan.com.

To initiate a live chat on the website, the complete name, valid contact number with ISD code and valid email ID are to be provided by the user of the website.

Quotes And Job Commencement

Quotes will be provided after submission of a completely filled in form in the website and the turnaround time for reply will be maximum 5 hours during office hours and 12 hours during non-office hours. You can also send us enquiries by email to operations@daralmarjaan.com.

Once a quote is approved by email, an invoice will be raised through email and the job will commence on receipt of payment confirmation. On completion of the job, the respected client will be notified by an email about the completion and the job will be delivered.

Payments

Payments can be made by online payment through Internet Bank Transfer, bank deposit at ATM, PayPal account or by an account payee bank cheque. Cash payments are also accepted against valid receipts.

In case of Internet Bank Transfer, bank deposit at ATM, or PayPal account, a payment confirmation by email has to be sent to Dar Al Marjaan. In case of payments through account payee cheque, the cheque may be either sent by courier or by a messenger to our office. The job will begin or be released, as the case may be, after realization of the cheque.
